Decided to phone 808 cos I wanted to know if my contract has expired and I can upgrade to a better handset. I was then told that my contract expired 19 months ago. I then decided to go through my invoices of the past 19 months and realised that even after the expiry date I was still being charged Promo Service fee plus VAT.I phoned them again requested to have that amount paid back to my bank account and was sadly told that they can only pay me back 6 months and the rest (13 months) they cannot cos its in their policy to only pack 6 months and not more.

I find this unfair cos I dont remember getting and email notifying me that me contract has expired and what is gonna happen should I choose not to upgrade or cancel. Their retention dept If they have any should have phoned me and notified me. They enjoyed deducting more from my bank account but cannot take responsibility of this. I was given Reference nos 104448544, 104553955 and 104589600.Everytime when I call them I would get conflicting stories. I chose Mtn cos I believed in their network but after this I am not sure that I will still be one of their customers. This is BAD SERVICE
