I called into the Cell C call cantre, Requesting for assistance on the problem Im having with my Samsung S3.

I downloaded BBM, however I can not connect to it, As I get the error " No connection Found-Your connection to the wireless network is turned off.

My WIFI is on, however I still get the some error. I explained that to that agents over and over again. on my note 2 I can use BBM (Telkom Mobile) and it does not need WIFI connection. As long as my Mobile data is on. I was able to SETUP and USE BBM.

So Im at a stage where I will take this sim and break it, Because no one is willing to assist or doesnt CELL C support BBM ON ANDROID AND IPONES???
