Ecurring sms's disappearing & loyalty sms's block

MTN please don't say you deliver quality service, you do not deliver service AT ALL. On 11 Jan 2014 I called 808 to complain about the fact that when my recurring sms's are finished, my loyalty sms' s are not used but MTN charges me for all me sms's. I spoke to Jadin and got the Ref 108070021 - but nothing was done. I phoned again on 17 Jan, I spoke to Jason with the same ref number - but nothing was done. I phoned again on 21 Jan, spoke to Wenzy but it still was not fixed, only to find out all my recurring sms's started disappearing between 21-24 Jan. When I phoned 808, they told me that I sent the sms's but can't tell me to which number - is that super service?? I checked on MTN active self service, I saw that all my sms disappeared to 0839300026 and when I phoned the number, it said that the number does not exist. PLEASE tell me MTM how this is possible? I then emailed this whole long story to they customer care email - surprise surprise - no answer. I then emailed their fraudline to report this number 0830300026 - surprise surprise - no answer.
