My dress was sent in to Northern Dry Cleaners and returned with multiple holes. The dress was checked thoroghly when it was sent in and there were no holes. I then went to collect checked the dress and the holes were all over and HUGE. I complained and the lady at the counter then gave me a number to call as the dress would need to be sent back to factory. SURPRISE SURPRISE the number she gave me did not exist and they were not ansewring their phones. I had to call head office and I spoke to Raymond. Raymond said he would call me back and another SURPRISE NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! I phoned on the MOnday multiple times and again and I got a hold of the PA Sanette. SHe was rude told me the reason for the holes was because the dress was old. The dress was worn once and bought a month ago! I then got an email from Raymond to say that my dress is now being to sent a lab to get tested. SURPRISED again when I got th eresults to say that the damage was caused by a Brooch which I never wore and the holes were fair wear and tear so I can come collect the dresss and guess what Northern Dry Cleaners will wave the test cost and the cleaning! Isnt that nice of them?
