I purchased a blackberry 9720 from cna in november 2013and it was a faulty handset, management @ cna refused to take it back even though it wasnt even 7 days old, on the back of my tillslip it said I should check with my network provider so I went to mtn on the 6th day and received outstanding service. These ladies went the extra mile and even checked what was happening with my phone. Thank you very much your service was highly appreciated and I will definatley bring business to you as well as tell anyone who needs cellular stuff to shop at your store.
