I reported a problem on Tuesday morning to get my internet line fixed. Since then I have had nothing but excuses and conflicting information. The fault has apparently been canceled in the meantime for no reason and was re-opened again. The call center. After waiting 20 minutes initially, I finally spoke to a consultant. When he could't help further, I asked to be put through to a supervisor. That resulted in me being put back in the queue. After another 22 minutes of holding, I am speaking to the same consultant. I informed him about the failed transfer attempt and that he should try to get it right by trying again. This he did and I ended up listening to ring tone for another 6 (!) minutes. I eventually hung up after 48 minutes, not having spoken to anybody who could even provide me with a status of my fault. Afrihost = as bad as Telkom.
