I sent MTN an e-mail enquiring about incresing 2 of our 3gig cards. I did get an e-mail back saying "A consultant will be in touch with you shortly" This was 10 days ago!!! I have been trying to get an answer since 8.30 this morning, each and everytime I phone their call centre and explaine what I want, I get told "I have to transfer you to the Business accounts" I then spen another 10 - 15 minutes listening to a recording telling me I can get free e-mails etc... so I put the phone down and start all over again, only to go through the same thing AGAIN!!! I then tried another number and actually got to speak to a real person who told me what option I should go for... But when I asked how much extra it would cost us... I get told, I will have to get a consultant to call you, if they do not do so, I will call you back myself' Needless to say, I'm still WAITING!!!
I am so beyond frustrated with them. We have 10 business lines with them and 2 of them have gone over the 2 gigs and they happen to belong to the CEO and the COO of the company... this level of service is DISGUSTING!
