Hi - I went from Vodacom to CellC not even a year ago due to all their advertising and promises to be better. I have only had bad service. They cannot manage my accounts even after going to the store more than once to ask to have my lines capped. I am supposed to be on a R299 per month package - I have had it capped on R100 over the package and my account is always R500/R600. When my data is finished it starts eating into my airtime, it is ANNOYING TO DEAL WITH ANYONE AT YOUR CALL CENTRE - they don't know what they are talking about and I often just feel like yelling at them.
I have had enough - Even though I hate Vodacom because they are expensive, this frustration IS NOT WORTH IT!!!
I will warn everyone I know about the terrible service from CellC.
