A line was opened on my acc.on 31 dec 2013. i comtacted vodacom, they soft locked the line, i was told to send through docs to dept, which i did, I had to follow up a week later, to my suprise i had to resend docs to dept. that was the 15/01/2013. i have still not heard amnything, i have spoken to a supervisor from CT who says its not a line, its a line i opend online. but i was told in dec by cust care that a Danie had opened the line at a voda shop. very strange hey!!!

frankly this service is appaling, i am disgusted with the faxct that no one gets back to me, and that no one actually knows whats going on here.

im now waiting for mbali to cantact Derek at the dept and let me know whats going on.
