VOIP Phone System

We run a call center and since we implementation of the MWEB Bushiness VOIP system we cant go a day without dropping a call. At the best of times we cant dial out as the circuits are all busy. The circuits are busy even though no one is on the line.
We have called Martin Volscheck our account manager and he never returns a call. Renchia his boss is always in meetings or traveling. The technician calling himself KK never returns a call and when we get hold of him he says its a Telkom fault. Telkom in turn test the line and say its working 100% they are very quick to sell you a service with ZERO back up or service.
