I just spoke to Hophney from Telkom Mobile and his assistance was beyond generous, South Africa needs more people like this one its 23:45 and he does not sound asleep and he does not want to get rid of me when he speaks, there is no small question, his explanation about the firms product is very good, which is very rare.
i have been calling and asking this question and he is the first one who has given me and authentic answer of what i have not tried yet, i really do appreciate the chatting and the call back that Telkom Mobile makes its easy to understand their product. I am very new at using Telkom Mobile and i have already recommended their service to a lot of people. I am convinced that i should use it for all our businesses. Thank you Telkom we have been waiting for a mobile service that appreciates its users, even giving R5 airtime means a lot it shows appreciation what more the whole amount of my recharge its amazing.
