High internet latency

Hi
if got a problem with my internet if i check it with speed [URL Removed] everything is fine but my ping stays high
when i play games it stays at about 600-700.
i called telkom many times in regards with the problem and they say nothings wrong and they did refresh the line.
if got a good antivirus and scan it regularly so thats not the problem.
the problem started when they upgraded me to a uncapped package.
i am sick and tired of this i always pay my bills on time and dont want service like this!
