I requested for the contract to be cancelled on the 2nd of September 2013. I only received feedback after a week from Mbulelo Ndlovu requesting my details which i provided on my original email.
Mobimoola is debtiing my account for services i have not requested.
I was not aware that i will be debited even though im not using the facilities. i had to reverse 2 debit orders and no one has called to find out why im stopping the payment.
I left a message with one of the consultants to call me back and have not had any feedback.
Some call centre agent dropped the phone on my ear while i was talking and we wait more that 10 minutes holding for someone to pick up the phone
