In December we received our bill, with an additional R294.71 for TBIS-Shaped - We went to the local Telkom Store, and they confirmed that it was a fault which would be corrected. We then paid the R 871.89 less the R 294.71 on 14/12/2013. This morning, our phone told us that our account has been disconnected, and although we havent seen the ne bill, were told that we had to pay R 946.74. Suppose the previous additional R294.71 for TBIS-Shaped, plus some more for this month has been added. At 08h30 we phoned 10210, and had one of the family members manning the phone until the battery ran out at about 12h00. We then paid the R 946.74 out of desperation - we can fight about the R 400 odd later - At 14h00 we called them again and continued to do so - well it is now 17h15 - and we will now hang up - FANTASTIC TELKOM - GREAT SOUTH AFRICA
