Promises not kept and since being ignored

Hi
My wife was promised by Funiwe Hintsho that her phone would be collected and a loan handset given to her at the same time. On Friday a courier arrived without a loan handset. My wife then did not give the courier the phone as this was not the agreement. Since Friday Funiwe and other Cell C staff have been ignoring e-mails from my wife. Cell-C social admin have gone as far as to delete complaints from my wife as well as blocking her from complaining on the Cell-C Facebook page.

I wonder if Mr Alan Knott-Craig knows how his employees are breaking promises and then ignoring customers... It's no use coming up with innovative products if this is the type of service one can expect...
