MTN recently upgraded their website and I was so excited about it cause it showed me the data and airtime that i have on my contract phones. When I tried updating my details it asked me to enter a South African ID Number, I don't have a South African ID number. Has MTN forgotten that they also have foreign customers? I don't want to keep calling customer care whenever I need to update my details, I just want to log in online and do it myself. I feel like this is a discrimination against foreign customers. Really guys you need to fix this.
