Vodacom Direct supplied my father a upgrade on his contract, needless to say with a broken unit. After a year now, visiting numerous stores they refusing to replace the faulty unit they supplied. Afte giving him the customer details, account details & phones IMEI number they still refuse to repair the phone on their cost as they need the original invoice.
My question know Mr SARS are Vodacom not suppose to hold record of all invoices for 5 years as by law?
Makes you think how many phones they supply without invoicing the client?
