Incompetence of staff

On the 15 of July 2013 I went to Aerial Excelence in Edenvale and swapped my decoder because it was faulty had to pay R50.00 swap fee.
Day after went to Randburg
Swapped the 3rd decoder
26 July 2013 8pm spoke to Maronga She was useless
Phoned again same day spoke to Moni) she "fixed " the problem, I spoke to Wynstonia to complain about Maronga (had no response form MultiChoice) Problem back
5 August 2013 evening? 10 pm spoke to Clementine I told her about message flashing up but so quick that I could not read it,
6 August 2013 7 am Sihle no luck
6 August 2013? 7 am Peter The decoder is checking the Smartcard.. Done that no luck
7 August 2013 10pm Tembi then Tshepo he says smart card faulty I must go to Randburg for new card
I was even asked to check the cables, Tembi even wanted the serial number what for surely that is on record
Today 12 August 2013 Randburg 11 am consultant cubicle 39
Guess what? Go home problem still there
I pay a lot of money so I do expect to get service and not I have been getting these last few weeks
I will be going to Randburg again
