I went to the website on monday as i had a problem connecting my 3G, the i decided to call the call centre and i was given a procedure to install my 3G as i was getting an error that is has been permanatly disabled . to my surprise only today i recieved a call from an agent who couldn't even assist me and he said he will transfer me to the technicians . and he disconneted the call . still nothing from him . sim number : 8927074321106123362.
CAN I PLEASE HAVE ASSISTANCE regarding this issue . i don't have a cell C number i use my cell to call the call centre.
