I have been with Cell C for approximately 7 years - Since Cell C went viral with their 99c a minute campaign, their network has gone from bad to worst.
I live in Norwood, and suffer with no voice or data reception for hours at a time.
Today an important client was trying to get hold off me, I was at my desk working and waiting for his call. 2 hours later I get an sms with a whole lot of missed calls and messages.
Im porting my sim card to Vodacom or MTN - their rates may be higher but its for a reason.
I run my own business and need to be reliable and available to my clients.
frustrated and annoyed at the bad service and greed of big corporations taking advantage of the public!!
