I Jenny Knoesen is very unhappy with Nashua mobile this is now the 3rd time that i am complaining about the service!!! The previous month i didn't had money on my phone because Nashua doesn't know how to do there job! My contract had reach its call limit in the middle of last month so i phoned the call center and the had lift it up with R200 and then on the 2nd of Feb the said that i have reach my call limit but on the 3rd of every month my cycle begins again which now only my phone is lock? i than went to the store and dealt with Tumelo and told her everything she phone the call center and told them half the story, she still couldn't help me and I'm very upset, she told me that i have used 100 minutes in one day please you must be kidding me! I have to pay every month and believe me they don't have a problem taking your money but helping you is a big one! I don't want this contract any more! I'm also going to go to the ombudsman as this is just unacceptable for me. How many times must i ask for help and tell my story over and over again. I'm done. And I'm going to let all my family take there contracts away from Nashua.
