On the 9th July I called in to blacklist my two Iphones (Iphone 4S & Iphone 5)
I read both the EMEI numbers to the consultant from the boxes of the phones.
The consultant then STILL managed to blacklist my brand new Iphone 5 which I bought and not the one. It has now been a number of days and I have been speaking to a couple of team leaders as you can never get through to the original one. (Wanda / Lerato)
I need my phone un-blacklisted as a matter of urgency as this is pure negligence from Vodacom.
