I did a sim swop to a micro sim on Saturday at the Bayside Autopage. I was told that it will be active later in the day and worse case the next day. I phoned the Call centre on Sunday to query why its not been done and was told it will be another hour max two hours. Its now Monday and I still have no connectivity. Please can this be resolved asap.
