New pricing and packages

My original complaint dated 27 Jan 2013 refers:

Promises of new pricing and packages were made and I was given the response below on Jan 27 2013.

Yet, to this day, I have not received any news regarding the promises made below. This is not the service we expect or pay for.

Dear Client,

We will send a newsletter with new pricing in the coming weeks as we are planning the new pricing for March 1, 2013.

We are implementing a new billing platform and thousands of records are being migrated. We are planning for the new pricing and the new billing platform to go live from March 2013. We will introduce the new platform that will also give clients more access to invoices, statements and other information.

My apology for the delay in new pricing and new packages! The wait will soon be over!
