First I must start by complimenting Safricom for a great service rendered in Potch. From installation to everyday service I have no complaint. I do however have the following problem: Over a year ago, I was promised via the call centre that new pricing will be introduced because of new cables that was connected in the area. After following this up several times the excuse stays the same "the new prices would have been introduced this month but unfortunately the decision was made too late to be published in the newsletter"

This repeated excuse is unacceptable as a legitimate expectation was created towards the customers.

Please Safricom, give clarity on the matter and publish the new prices or in the alternative give reasons why it is never introduced.
