I have been a customer of Cell C for many years. I recently asked for my old contract to be terminated and I paid in a settlement figure A WEEK AGO - all so I could open a new contract. I just received an SMS saying I need to pay in the amount THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID and giving me an additional amount to pay in on another account WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO CLOSE. I have been sent from Call centre department to Call centre department and nobody has a clue what is going on. This is the most useless service I have ever received and right now I would NEVER recommend Cell C to anyone, even though I spend tens of thousands of rands with them every year.
