I went to KFC to buy my Son Kream ball ice cream and i was on the queue for over 50 minutes, not because she was busy, but she was very slow, other queues were moving way to fast than hers. I got in front after 50min and there was NO ice cream!!! NO apology!!! NO note to tell me not to bother myself to queue for something they don't have. That was so frustrating, waste of time and inconveniencing, you really need to communicate or notify your customers as they walk in to the store.
