Salut! I have only ever had bad service and bad attitude from Nashua Mobile and after being with them for 10 years terminated my contract 9 months ago. After being shifted from pillar to post for weeks I finally went to the Sandton Store and refused to leave until they had terminated my contracted and I had signed and filled in all the necessary forms that NASHUA MOBILE told me to fill in. They said that it would take a couple of months before I was off the system and that I would have to pay R100 odd per month and then be cleared. Last month I see that I am billed R1500 and this month R900.00. When I called and eventually spoke to someone they informed that I was still on a data package that I have to pay for even though I am not using it! So they are taking my money for something that I am not using and have not used for the last 9 months! How do I stop this? I was told that I need to go into a store, fill in a termination form (something I HAVE ALREADY DONE) and pay R820!!! Who knows how much more money they have from me!!!
