Cell C
From pillar to post

I upgraded my contact on the 9th January and received a new handset, 2 days in it started switching itself off and on again. On the 15th January I had enough and took it back to the branch where I got it from. They told me the OBF procedures. 6 days later I phoned but nobody came back to me. On the 24th I went to the shop where I was told they returned my phone and it was rejected because it had a pattern lock on it. They said they will send it again with my lock code and sort it out from there. I will have to wait another 7 days again. Why didn't anyone phone me and ask for the code? Why didn't the tech guys just bypass the code and reset it? Was it ever send to the tech guys? And if it was they could easily have checked for customer abuse! I phone customer service on the 25th. I was told by Johanna Beck (I think) that they would come back to me before 4. I'm still waiting for the call.
This is extremely poor service in my view. From the ground up to the service department. The only thing I ever done was being a good paying customer. Now I'm paying for no service.
