On Wednesday evening I walked into the Cell C store at Canal Walk with my Iphone 5 that Cell C has replaced 4 times already. The job that I have involves me using my cellphone everyday, and without my cellphone I basically cannot do my job. I can't afford to be without my phone. Im really dissapointed in the Iphone and with Cell C. Whenever there are faults with my phone it gets replaced with a refurbished unit and produces problems again and again. I requested a new and different handset with the consultant at Cell C and he had no clue about what procedure to follow. I really need some feedback regarding this matter because I refuse to accept another Iphone 5.
