Purchased 2 leapads in December 2012. 3 months ago the camera stopped working. In between then and now, we cracked the screen. Kalahari was asked to repair or the camera and quote on fixing the screen. Feedback (after a month) finally came back to say that I have to contact the agent, who promptly told me that they wont touch it because the screen in broken. Even though the screen broke AFTER the camera. I bought this from KALAHARI and KALAHARI needs to sort it out. It not my job or responsibility to argue with agents. All my poor child wants it his leapad back. He asks he daily "why is the uncle taking so long". I don't have an answer for him.
