Continue..so my phone is blocked until I settle my accounts. Accounts for which I have proof where I was given 2 months credit. The Repair center should get the "Star" award, main character Viven. He promises to sort out the problem and return the call... no call. Same with the CEO's desk agents. They promise you the world on the phone when talking to you, but has soon as the phone is down, the request / complaint is forgotten. I agree with the "slappy51", "Polar260" and "Tazz100", all user's that lodged complaints on the 24 January 2014. I've already reversed my debit orders and will continue to do so until Cell C does not deliver on services that I agree to pay for.
Cell C, by all means. Put my name on ITC, blacklist me. I have no debts, I don't belief in loans, take me to court and we will see who comes out on top. I have phone recordings of promises made and broken as well as email.
Now after whoever, reads your "hellopeter" complaints, please call me and give me another long explanation or story about investigation. I've already have my contract with Vodacom active and so far no problems and "Excellent" service. 084 557 5929 or 060 633 4475. PLEASE STOP LYING
