Outstanding refund

I am utterly disappointing with the treatment that I am receiving from Sterns Clear water. I cancelled a laybey with Dulsey about two months ago and she told me to fill in a form and give her my bank statement and a copy of my ID. I did that and handed them in to her, she faxed the information to the head office and told me that I must wait for 21 days from date and the money will be deposited into my account. After 21 working days I called in to find about the status and to my suprise Sadia who told me that she cant find my details in the store and I never submitted my bank statement. I called the head office and they told me that they cant assist me as I need to speak to the store. I called the store and they told me that the head office is messing with me all infor is there and just needed them to pay out the refund (Sadia) up to date I have not received my money, now the question is where could my money be, and what do I do, as am being thrown here and there. When I called the call center to assist and tell me what am I suppose to do they told me they don't know as everything must come out from the store, but yes they can see that they owe me. So when do I receive this refund?
