Terrible online service and call centre

I applied for a contract online on the 28 December 2013 which seemed simple enough and received confirmation that I should be receiving my device within 5 working days and would be provided feedback regarding eligibility. I received a call from the call centre a week later and requested a call back as I was busy at the time however the lady never called back, I sent and email to the online department and was mailed back however I was on leave at the time when I did attend to the email and advised the consultant of this she never responded, sent a second email a day later still no response hence this report is being written up. I still havent received any feedback regarding the application and it is now the 23 january 2014, almost a month later.
