Misuse of Conditions on special deals

On 11-12/March/13 we applied for a Sony Xperia Tipo on a top-up 135 deal.2 days later we were informed that the phone has been discontinued (how can you put a discontinued product on your specials?). The dealer then arranged a Xperia Go with a pay-in of R139.On 27April the dealer informed us that the phone has arrived, but the pay-in will now be R1040 because the special has expired. We feel that this is a misuse of the conditions. We applied well in time for the special and it was not our mistake that the product/s could not be delivered. And because the product is available now the availabilility clause is obviously not applicable. Now they say the special has expired. So can they deliver on their specials or have they now become prisoners of their own condition games? Well we are not impressed and are already looking at other operators who at least might try to do honorable business, because it seems useless to apply for any further specials, just to become once again part of their fun and games with their customers.
