I took my car in for service yesterday morning. Not only was it the first time I took it for service but I was not sure of where to take my car exactly. But when I got to CMH Nissan Sandton I was helped by a bubbly lady by the name of Francina. I thought it would be a process for me to get to work but they dropped me off and gave me all the information I needed as they serviced the car. If they found that there was something that needed to be dealt with they called me and let me know. When It was time for me to leave work Marina sent me the invoice and called me to tell me that I would be picked up from work. I would highly recommend CMH Nissan Sandton. They didn't have some of the parts for my car but today Francina called me again to let me know that they had ordered the parts and will let me know when they have them and above all they all had wonderful smiles on their faces and I left as a very happy customer.
