After numerous calls and visits to MTN head office and store nobody can assist me. I do not have any 3g reception at my house for 2 so called "MTN service provided" cellphones. they installed the wrong solution at my house. Instead of a booster they installed an antenna and a wi-fi router. They advise me to duplicate the simcard and use the spare one in the wi-fi router. But i will not be able to receive calls doing it this way. According to Shane Nel my R1000 a month bill does not justify a proper solution at my house... Please can somebody with and brains contact me to resolve this issue. My next step will be the customer protection act as MTN is in breach of contract. The only time MTN respond to me is when i log it on Hellopeter. I dont want any body responding on hellopeter. I want a phone call. All these refs on hellopeter and nobody gives a to follow up.
