No feedback since personally reporting!!

In December i walked into Vodaworld in Midrand to report a account that i was being debited for. I did the affidavit and was told the department will get in touch with me in 7 working days or something like that. This was in December 2013 and todate i have not received any feedback whatsoever and my credit report says i havent paid this vodacom account which tells me the account is still active (acc#:I3781011).
Can someone please resolve this nonsense!
