I used to be registered on MTN Active so that I can monitor my cell phone accounts on the internet and not get printed statements in the post. Since November I have been unable to sign into this account. Despite making several calls and been promised a solution, I have had enough. For this period, the bill of one of my cell phone has been higher than usual, but I cannot see why. Despite my efforts to get this resolved, MTN has proven that they are not valuing me.
