I upgraded my contract on Sunday and I had to do a sim swap from normal SIM card to micro SIM card. I bought apple 5s and even today it's not working, I have been calling them since Monday and I don't get the right answer to my problem. Sometimes they promise to call me back and they don't I thought it's going to be a price for money. I get 1 story all the time of switch of your phone and switch on but results still the same. It's going to be the 4th day now having a toy in my hand
