Cybersmart are by far one of the worst ISPs

It has gone on for over a month, their help-desk promised their uncapped clients will be resolved. They rolled out automatic free upgrades over their network according to your line speeds in conjunction with telkoms adsl upgrades, by the way it is not free there is a a free month trial which as far as I am concerned is illegal because I had not agreed to this and would be billed according to the new upgrade without my consent, ever since my line is throttled to the point were there is NO use for my line other than to open a web page and browse, all other traffic is either blocked or throttled. NO YouTube NO peer-to-peer connections NO http downloads.
I have also been over charged, the new adsl pricing will obviously decrease shortly after telkoms upgrades yet for a 1mb I was charge R50 more than what the new 2mb price. Great service! Seeming u wont upgrade me automatically when I pay more for lower packages but upgrade me automatically to pay higher prices automatically. Worst business practice I have ever heard of.
Dont be fooled by their 300gigs for uncapped, their throttling works on a 30day average
I would urge everybody to not even waste their money. Rather cough-up for 3G!
