Poor Service which has compromised my Business

My name is Lebo and I hereby want my Telkom Business Line cancelled effective immediately for line number: 012 4800 340, business registration: 2013//07

I have not been able to utilize my internet connection since early Dec. Initially due to cable as per Telkom, subsequent to the restoration of the cables. A technician was assigned to look at my connection last monday 13 january, and I only received a call from another Technician the next Monday 20 Jan.

To date I still do not have a connection. I have unequivocally expressed how essential this connection is as a Web Developer, and I feel that my business is receiving more grieve than assistance from Telkom, not to mention the hours (which have monetary implications to me) I have spent on the phone with various Telkom personnel following up on this issue.

I am deeply disappointed by the poor service of great measures I received. And for my money's worth, I will make sure that Hello Peter and my social and business circles including Mr Sipho Maseko himself, are aware of this horrid and catastrophic service I have received as a flourishing and business and economic contributor.
