In February I ordered a Q10 for me and a Samsung Pocket Plus for my husband. In May I started performing for my phones. I finally received a Samsung and a Nokia 303 due to various issues at the branch and many emails. It took nearly three hours for me to get my phones but I got them. The Nokia was supposed to be on a special and it was SUPPOSED to be about R269 per month. I am currently paying approximately R370 per month with all the extras. Your staff at the branch have ignored my queries and given me various reasons why they cant even investigate the situation.
I will be cancelling my contract next week, i thought you would like to know why.
