On 3 Jan 2013, i took my phone to Westgate Vodacare due to a speaker problem with it. After waiting for more than 1 hour for help, I was assisted by a guy called Jose. He booked my phone in and told me it would take 14 - 21 days. I then called to query the progress of my phone on 20 Jan 2013, and was told that my phone was not repaired as the "Find My iPhone" app was not TURNED OFF. There was no mention of this when I booked my phone in, and Jose was supposed to have done his work and make sure the setting is turned off. When i took my phone in, my phone was still under warrentee, and this has now lapsed. The phone not being repaired is of negligence on Vodacares staff side as he did not do his job properly, and I now have to go in to the store to turn the setting off, and have to rebook the phone in. I want to know what is going to happen as I am told the phone ios now "out of warrentee" and have to wait another 21 days to get my phone back. This is absolutley disgusting servvice from Vodacom. I want feedback regarding this matter ASAP. The job number is 9516365
