Although Cell C Data Sticks do deliver high speed data transfers, your latency suffers extremely during certain times of the day, sometimes resulting in a ping of over 4000ms or drop out connection. I've noticed this on more than one device using different setups.
Often times your connection would drop to 0kbps during 4PM - 9PM, while browsing you might not notice it as much, except a delay before the page appears, but during any streaming of any sorts it becomes near impossible to view with the constant shutters and delays between data transfers.
If you going to go Cell C in the Port Elizabeth area, know that your device will not function properly during this time of day.
