Had an issue towards the end of December. Was given an inappropriate response with ref REQ:3066936 . Matter got escalated via twitter, Still no response?
I want to know who gave you the right to invoice me R260 for R160 worth of goods (which i used nothing of) and why i was not notified of this price increase and auto renewal. Then there's the fact that i couldn't get my contract cancelled via email or via the 24/7 call center Instead i needed to wait for the Elite "Retentions" Division thats only available while normal people are at work, why could i not leave a message or get it scheduled?
Again this is not about the money that MTN wants to from me its about the unethical way in which this whole process was handled and now the lack of customer Service.
