I was able to upgrade to a mymeg500 on the website, no mess no fuss!
I used to have a blackberry and then upgraded to an iPhone. Got my bill and it obviously was a lot higher because of the data charges!
Went onto their website and figured out how to add a service without having to phone the call centre and was able to do it in less than 5 minutes!
