Despite numerous promises, I have yet to be provided with a copy of the original signed contract in respect of a cell phone contract. This is now ridiculous and I am beginning to believe that the contract does not exist. Cannot believe that a company of MTN's size is not able to retrieve a copy of a contract at the click of a button.
