NO REPLY FROM MTN

I have two contracts with MTN, both of which end March 2014. I have sent written confirmation that I am cancelling my contracts, no reply. I resent the correspondence requesting confirmation of receipt, no reply. When I contact MTN telephonically you are on hold, average 30 minutes whereafter I put down. Unacceptable
