Refuses to speak to customer directly

Carmen confirmed that they will come to install an ADSL line for us on the 21st of January 2013. I had to take a whole day off work. When the technician arrived, there was a problem with the lines. I asked my sister to email her from work, as I did not have a direct contact number for her. My sister asked her to phone me and gave her my cell phone number. She refused to contact me. She bad mouthed MWEB's service, but I am very sorry to say, MWEB's service cannot be worse than Telkom's. No wonder so many people have bad things to say about Telkom.
